Annual Parish Meeting and Annual Parochial Church Meeting 2009
These two meetings were held on Thursday 23rd April at 7.30 pm in Milton School.
At the Annual Parish Meeting, Sam Woodcock and Wendy Braithwaite were re-elected churchwardens for the coming year, and at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting Glenda Naylor was elected to the PCC, with Jill Fletcher and Christine Alexander being re-elected.
The PCC annual reports and financial statements have been printed in the annual booklet and copies are available in church. Agendas and approved minutes of PCC meetings are available in church (white ring binder), which you are always welcome to read. Matters relating to the running of our church do not have to wait for the annual meeting to be raised – please speak to any of the above members, who will bring items to the attention of the PCC for consideration and, where appropriate, action.
