A service is held at the War Memorial every Remembrance Sunday.

It is assumed that the Commonwealth War Grave Commission's "Debt of Honour" pages linked to are those for the men remembered on the War Memorial due to an obvious Gillingham / Milton link or because there is more information in the book in Saint Mary's Church in Gillingham recording the service in the First World War from the Gillingham area from which they can be identified.
